I’m Joseph, the owner of ODD. I do most of the work by hand, and I come out personally to look at your project.

From pulling weeds to giving a garden bed a fresh start, I work through the details that make a space feel cared for. We’ll talk about your goals and budget, then agree on the plan before work begins.

    Share the project, your target budget, location, and preferred timing. Add up to five photos so I can get a feel for the space.

  2. Walk the property together.

    I personally assess the work and prepare a quote showing the scope, labor, and materials. You review and accept it through your private link.

  3. One project. Or regular care.

    We confirm the schedule separately. Recurring care starts only after you accept the price per visit, included services, and frequency.

How is the price decided?

I assess the property in person, then provide a quote with the scope, labor, and materials. Your budget helps guide the conversation. Work starts after we agree on the price.

Are materials included?

We discuss what the project needs and list materials in your quote. No material allowance or final price is assumed before the project is assessed.

Can I arrange recurring mowing?

Yes. Request recurring care and your preferred frequency. We agree on a price per visit and the included work before service begins.

Does choosing a date book a visit?

It requests a date. I confirm your estimate appointment personally or discuss another time. Your preferred work date is separate from the estimate visit.

How do I check my request or leave a review?

Keep the private link shown after your request is saved. It shows your status, quote, and confirmed appointments. Once the job is marked complete, you can leave an honest review there.

How do schedule changes work?

Use your private request link or contact ODD to request a change, skip, or cancellation. Changes need confirmation.
