PRIVACY AT ODD

Your information,
handled with care.

ODD collects the contact details, property location, project description, target budget, scheduling preferences, and optional photographs you submit. This information is used to assess your project, prepare quotes, arrange visits, and manage service. Permission to contact you about a request does not enroll you in marketing.

Storage and access

Requests, quotes, accepted terms, appointments, reviews, and private notes are stored in the website’s Cloudflare-backed database. Uploaded photos are stored separately using Cloudflare object storage. Customer uploads and private business records are accessible to the authorized ODD owner. Your private customer link gives its holder access to your request, quotes, and service changes; keep it confidential.

Email and contact

Automatic service emails are sent through Resend. The recipient address and message contents are shared with Resend for sending. ODD retains a notification record, provider reference, and any delivery-attempt error so failed notifications can be reviewed. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Photos and reviews

Customer uploads are not automatically published in the project journal. Only approved project photographs are used there. After a job is marked complete, customers can choose to submit a review and give permission to publish their chosen display name, rating, review text, and submission month. Reviews are checked for spam and private details before publication, regardless of rating. Addresses, private notes, and contact details are not included on the public reviews page.

Maps and spam prevention

The service-area map loads from OpenStreetMap only after you choose to open it. Loading it sends normal connection information, including your network address, to that map provider. Before that choice, the page does not request the external map. The site stores a hashed network address to limit repeated quote submissions. Hosting providers may retain operational logs. This website does not use advertising trackers or collect payment details.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your information or a published review, email myoddjob77@gmail.com or call 734-635-4841. ODD retains records needed to manage requests and services; contact ODD to discuss removing records that are no longer needed.
